Abstract
|
|
|
1. Of 4,112 earth worms, 3,480 were classified as Eisenia foetidae, and 3,277 of the species were infested with the larvae of Metastrongylus apri.
2. Cresol and CaCN₂ were found effective in the insecticidal test of earthworms.
3. The nose ring was effective, in pigs, to prevent digging and eating the earthworms and resulted a lower lungworm incidence in pigs.
4. The best place to put the nose ring was tole nasal septum.
